Dr. Rick Bommelje has been serving professionals in organizations in the areas of listening and leadership development since l977. The
appeal and effectiveness of Rick’s programs are found in his practical and "real world" approach to education and development. His
informal delivery style focuses on substantive content that offers participants
immediate and measurable benefits to produce a significant Return on Investment..
Dr. Bommelje has over 30 years of professional experience in leadership, supervision, management, and adult education. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Communication at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Rick is the President of The International Listening Leadership Institute, has a Masters Degree in Management, a Doctorate in Educational Administration, and completed advanced leadership study at Harvard University and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He specializes in the development of listening and leadership. Additionally, Dr. Bommelje is a leadership and business coach who helps leaders, one-on-one, in their pursuit of success and significance.
