Before a manager or supervisor can expect to achieve results with and through other people, it is essential that they first "know themselves". During this program, you will be provided with tools to better understand yourself and others with whom you work. You will receive valuable feedback on how you see yourself, how you react under pressure, and how others see you. Specific relationship strategies will be covered and you will construct your own personal action plan for capitalizing on your "people" skills.
